2024 Apr 05 | WPT Virgin Voyage cruise - Beach Club at Bimini Bahamas
Since we're in port today, there's no poker, and the poker staff gets a little break.
Which they are already taking advantage of.
No casino games.
No poker. They were both closed down at 4:30am.
Daily schedule.
Back.
Updated poker schedule.
My schedule.
Arriving.
The pier.
Different breakfasts.
Us eating.
To go lunches.
To go fruit.
Working on the jigsaw puzzle.
People are starting to disembark.
Stop working on the puzzle; let's go!
There's a little tram that takes us to the Beach Club at Bimini.
Off the ship.
Back of the ship.
Welcome to Bimini.
Us.
On the tram.
At this stop, you can rent golf carts and drive down to the small local towns.
We skipped that and went to the beach club.
A map.
Making a sand sculpture.
Big pool.
Walking to the beach.
Lots of chairs set up.
A little shell.
A ferry.
Getting some pictures on the shore.
Vince Van Patten playing pickleball with some people. They don't have much of a change if he really wants to try.
We got a drink in a coconut and relaxed in some hammocks.
Dad and Monica played cornhole.
You could get massages here.
Setting up for photos.
Some of the Royal Flush Crew, I think.
The wind was messing up their hair.
WPT people.
And us in front of them.
Time for lunch.
Caribbean food.
This piece sticking up looks like a face.
Relaxing by the pool.
They brought out some floats for us to use.
Getting ready.
Jumping on.
This woman had a very sparkly swimsuit.
What are they doing?
Filling up water guns.
Many more floats.
The wind blew them all to us.
Taking a picture of her butt through a heart-shaped float.
Time for us to get on one.
Telling Ogii to turn it.
Me jumping on.
Out in the middle.
Although like all of the others, the wind blew our float to the side, but thankfully it had a rope so I could haul it back.
Flamingo float, guy dancing, and guy with a merman bottom.
These people had very revealing swimsuits.
A finished sand sculpture.
Another one.
Family by the giant WPT arch.
Taking the tram back.
It stopped at the Resorts World casino.
And then the Fisherman's Village.
Which had lots of little shops.
Checking out some clothing.
Especially the sale section.
Trying it on.
Another little shop.
A bar, although it wasn't open.
Giant chair.
A sea plane landed here.
On the pier out to our ship.
Long shore.
Back to the ship.
