I was mailing a few things at USPS and this was the busiest I'd ever seen it. Even the self-service line, which is very slow as you have to type everything in on the keypad, was backed up.

There were a few sections of paint that were damaged in the kitchen cabinets, so I scraped them.
This metal brush from the hardware store worked pretty well.
Then I painted them.
Their trash can was broken, so we bought a new one.

The paint I added to cover up a few scratches on the wall in the master bedroom didn't match.
So time to paint the entire wall.

I wrote down the order I had to do everything so I didn't, for example, lock the garage door fob into the apartment with the apartment keys and then realize I still needed it to get the RAV4 out of the garage.
We ordered a Lyft to take Ariunaa and her daughters with their luggage as our luggage took up all the space in the RAV4.

So I went next door to Office Max.
To buy an office chair mat for Ogii.
There was only one left for hardware floors, so I got that.
It's even a little sticky to prevent it from moving, with is a problem with many hardwood mats.
Then back to Spectrum. Still not my turn yet.
They have some very cheap phones.

If we turn this light in the bedroom on, a lot of bugs gather around it.

This unit had sold for a bit over $600,000 a few years ago.
They listed it for rent.
But apparently nobody rented it.
So they kept dropping the price until we finally rented it. At this point, I think they're losing money on the mortgage payments every month, which is common here; you can't rent anything for more than the monthly mortgage payments, so you have to hope it appreciates and you can raise the rent enough in a few years to break even. And if you hold onto it long enough and it appreciates, you'll hopefully make money in the long run if not the short run.
