2018 Feb 11 | Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History, American String Quartet

Nice sunset.

They really don't want you missing this turn.

Full moon above a hill.

Another sunset behind some palm trees.

Pig and baby pig crossing?

Laters.

Not sure what's causing a little rash-type thing, so let's just hit it with everything.

What? Vanilla Coke is out?

This is an outrage. Thankfully there was a second soda dispenser that had it.

I haven't found Froot Loops with marshmallows or 210-pack Kleenex lately; only marshmallow-less loops and smaller packs of Kleenex. Well, this Walmart had both. time to stock up.

It's really cold out, but you can't lock a Prius Plugin and leave it turned on; it automatically unlocks itself. However, you can do it if you pull out the physical key and lock it that way.

Big box of chocolates for Valentine's Day.

That's going to take a while to eat.

Ogii made another crepe for breakfast. Although she put grapes and burned peanuts on it; I'm not sure about those.

Dinner on the Saturday before Valentine's Day at Pacific's Edge.

Nice view.

To the other side with a bar.

Duck and chicken.

Desserts.

A nice private room.

And a balcony.

Then onto the Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History because they were having an adults night.

One of the oldest ones in the US.

Nice open area with a huge bear.

Snakes.

Fast animals.

Butterflies.

A very soft sea otter pelt.

Sand from around the world.

Lots of rocks.

Ones that glow in UV light.

OGii zooming in on sand grains.

They're working on a pheasant in the back room.

Arrowheads.

Bow and arrow.

Sea creatures.

Ogii looking at birds.

Water birds.

A very neat metal tree with hummingbirds.

Hawks and eagles.

Table with alcohol.

It was fairly busy but not too crowded.

Ogii made a happy face out of the deer sausage.

Some poppies blooming.

On Sunday we went to the Sunset Center in Carmel.

We took Dr. Wong there for his birthday along with a couple of Ogii's coworkers to listen to the American String Quartet.

The balcony.

We were pretty close.

There's a center for photographic art near by as well.

Pokemon Go is still making a ton of money.

I don't think we can afford $2.7 million, but that's still a nice mansion.

These are pretty cabanas in the Caribbean in St. Lucian.

Love the net over the water.

And the swing.

Although there are only 9 of them and they're all right beside each other.

Uh oh, Bitcoin is down again.

And a few days later even more.

Although European stocks are down...

... as are US ones as well.

I heard this song on the radio and I've never known the name. Thankfully the apps now can listen to it and let you know what it is.

Because if I try to sing the lyrics into Google, it doesn't always understand.

And even when it does...

... it's not what I'm looking for.

And just typing in the lyrics doesn't work either.
